How awesome would it be if every time you wanted something, some genie would be standing right there ready to tell you: “Your wish is my command!”? Well, I’m here to tell you that you already have someone right there to tell you that your wish is their command. It is the Universe. The Infinite Power. God. Faith. Or whatever else you can think to call it. This may surprise you, but it has always been this way. The world around you has always been there to give you everything you desire. Well… Almost! You see there are a few “catches” about the Genie of the Universe. Firstly, he doesn’t understand negation. He cannot tell the difference between thoughts and words. And, as if all that wasn’t enough, he will interpret the way you act as being what you want.
Now, this amazing universe that we are all a part of is out to give us absolutely everything our little hearts could ever desire. The only problem is that for the universe, there is no difference between yes or no. There is no such thing as negation. The universe simply wants to “give”; it doesn’t matter if you actually want it or not; if you are thinking of it or talking about it, you are getting it. You see, the Genie of the Universe will give you everything! Absolutely everything you say and think of you will get. So, you can see why it would be extremely important to choose your thoughts and words carefully. Keep your focus in life on the positivity. You wouldn’t want the universe to give you traffic because you keep thinking: “I don’t want to be stuck in traffic”. By simply monitoring your thoughts and the words that come out of your mouth, you can focus so much more energy on the things you do want and minimize confusion for our friend the Genie of the Universe.
Keep in mind that the Genie of the Universe will not be able to tell whether you are talking or thinking. Anything that goes through your mind will manifest. Yes! The words you speak are actually thoughts in your mind before they ever become words spoken through your mouth. Therefore you cannot be saying: “I want more money” while you are thinking: “Oh my God, how am I going to pay all the bills”. The universe will give you everything! Meaning that you will get more money and you will also get all the bills. As a result, you will always have more bills than money. The Genie of the Universe will give you EVERYTHING!
Lastly, keep in mind that your actions will speak louder than your words. Always make sure that the way you act is in harmony with what you want in your life. You cannot be stingy with your money while asking for more money. You cannot ask for a happy marriage if you are constantly talking bad about your spouse or picking fights with your spouse. You cannot ask for a successful business if you refuse to work on it. You cannot ask to win the lottery if you are not willing to buy the lottery ticket. You get the idea? Your actions must reflect what it is you want in your life.
So, now that you have a better idea of how this amazing Genie of the Universe operates, you can be sure to send out the right wish. That way, the next time you hear “Your wish is my command!” you will be glad to know that you will be getting exactly what you asked for. Remember, the Genie of the Universe does not take negation into consideration. To him your thoughts, your words as well as your actions are all wishes you are asking for.
